These Terms & Conditions govern access to fareora.com and its travel information, comparison-planning interfaces, destination pages and Travel Guides. Please read them before relying on the website or following a link to a third-party provider.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Fareora, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Additional terms shown with a particular feature may also apply to that feature. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under rules applicable to you.
2. Purpose of Fareora
Fareora is an independent travel information and planning website. It provides content and interfaces relevant to hotels, flights, car rentals, Travel Deals, destinations and trip planning. Its purpose is to help users organize research and understand factors to compare before deciding whether to book with a third party.
Current search forms are planning interfaces and do not display live provider results. Affiliate integrations are currently disabled. Fareora may later introduce approved provider links, comparison results or affiliate functionality, but these terms do not represent that any particular provider relationship is active.
3. No direct booking service
Fareora does not currently sell airline tickets, hotel rooms or rental cars and does not act as the merchant collecting payment for those services. Where Fareora directs you to another website, the booking relationship is between you and the provider or booking platform identified there.
Bookings, traveler details, payments, confirmations, cancellations, changes, refunds, charge disputes, loyalty benefits and provider-specific support are handled by the relevant provider where applicable. Fareora cannot alter a reservation or require a provider to issue a refund.
4. Third-party travel providers
Airlines, accommodation providers, rental companies, booking platforms and other travel businesses operate independently of Fareora. Their own terms, privacy policies, fare or rate rules, age requirements, deposit requirements, insurance options, cancellation conditions and customer-service procedures apply.
A link, comparison reference or mention does not mean Fareora owns, controls or guarantees a provider. It also does not establish an approved commercial relationship unless Fareora clearly identifies one. Providers may change or withdraw services without notice to Fareora.
5. External websites
External websites are outside Fareora’s control. Fareora is not responsible for their availability, security, accessibility, content or data practices. Before submitting traveler information or payment details, confirm that you are on the intended provider’s website and review its final terms.
6. Affiliate relationships
Fareora may participate in affiliate programs in the future. If enabled, some outbound links may allow Fareora to receive compensation following a qualifying click, booking or other action. Compensation does not make a provider the cheapest, best or most suitable choice. Relevant commercial relationships will be disclosed without claiming unapproved partnerships.
7. Prices, fees and availability
Travel prices and availability can change frequently. Fareora does not control provider inventories, fare classes, room types, vehicle categories, taxes, resort charges, baggage fees, deposits, exchange rates or optional extras. A price or travel idea described in informational content may not be available for your dates or circumstances.
The provider’s checkout or confirmation page is the authoritative place to review the final price, currency, inclusions, exclusions and availability. Do not assume that a result remains available merely because a Fareora page or prior provider page displayed it.
8. Travel information accuracy
Fareora aims to publish useful, understandable information, but travel rules, entry requirements, schedules, local conditions and provider terms can change. Content may contain an error, become outdated or omit a factor relevant to your trip. Publication and review dates are informational and are not guarantees of continuing accuracy.
Fareora does not provide immigration, legal, medical, insurance, financial or safety advice. Consult official authorities and qualified professionals when a decision requires that expertise.
9. Your responsibility before booking
You are responsible for checking the details important to your trip, including:
- traveler names, dates, route, airports and connection times;
- passport, visa, entry, transit and health requirements;
- room occupancy, accessibility and cancellation conditions;
- baggage, seating, fare restrictions and change rules;
- driver age, license, deposit, insurance and fuel conditions;
- the final price, currency, taxes, fees and payment schedule; and
- the identity and reliability of the provider receiving payment.
You should retain the provider’s confirmation and contact that provider promptly if a booking detail is incorrect.
10. Acceptable use
You may use Fareora for lawful personal research and ordinary business enquiries. You may share links to public pages and quote limited portions with appropriate attribution where permitted.
11. Prohibited activities
You must not:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity;
- submit malicious code, spam or false contact information;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits or access controls;
- interfere with the website or place unreasonable load on its infrastructure;
- scrape, reproduce or republish substantial content without permission;
- misrepresent Fareora content, branding or provider relationships;
- use automated systems in a manner that violates applicable rules or disrupts service; or
- collect personal information about other users through Fareora.
Fareora may restrict access or take reasonable protective action when misuse is detected.
12. Intellectual property
Fareora’s original text, visual design, logo, generated imagery, templates and other site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their descriptive mention does not grant Fareora ownership or imply endorsement.
You may not use the Fareora name or branding to suggest an official relationship, duplicate the website, or sell Fareora content as your own. Requests concerning permitted reuse can be sent to [email protected].
13. User communications
If you submit a correction or suggestion, you confirm that you have the right to provide it. Fareora may use the substance of a non-confidential correction to improve its content. Do not submit confidential business information or material belonging to someone else unless you are authorized to do so.
14. Website availability
Fareora may be unavailable because of maintenance, security events, hosting failures or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Features may be corrected, changed, suspended or removed. Fareora does not promise uninterrupted access or preservation of a particular layout or feature.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
Fareora is provided for general information and planning on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fareora does not warrant that content is complete, error-free, continuously available or suitable for every traveler’s circumstances. No “lowest price,” availability, provider performance or successful trip outcome is guaranteed.
16. Reasonable limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fareora is not responsible for losses caused by a third-party provider, an external website, a traveler’s failure to verify booking details, changes in prices or schedules, cancellations, travel disruption, lost documents, denied entry, accidents or events outside Fareora’s reasonable control.
Fareora does not seek to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any assessment depends on the applicable circumstances and mandatory rights. Users remain responsible for protecting their accounts, devices, documents and payment credentials.
17. Travel risks and responsibilities
Travel involves risks that differ by destination and activity. Review official travel information, local rules, insurance needs, health considerations and emergency arrangements. Fareora’s destination content is a planning starting point, not a substitute for current official advice.
18. Changes to services
Fareora may add or remove content categories, provider integrations or comparison functionality. If affiliate links become active, their use will be disclosed. A change to the website does not alter an existing booking made independently with a provider.
19. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect website functionality or operating practices. The current version will show its “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from the time they are posted, subject to mandatory rights.
20. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. Fareora does not identify an unverified legal entity, registration number, physical office, telephone number or governing jurisdiction in these terms.
